We were very happy to have baby Arlo and maman Sarah visit us today! Baby Arlo has grown so much since his last visit. He can sit on his own and loves looking around and smiling at all of us. We learned that he really likes to eat bananas and raw carrots and that he now prefers playing with "real" things (colanders and cell phones) over his baby toys. We also got to see baby Arlo dance to the song, "Final Countdown!" Maman Sarah told us that he recognizes the song from hearing his Dad and older brother listen to it at home. We had fun singing along, too!
In Science, we worked with our table partners to complete an experiment to determine if air has a mass. Using pumps, we pumped air into 2L pop bottles and weighed our bottles to see if the mass increased as we continued to force more air into the bottle. What did the results show?
